A Little About Myself.
I am a life time Southern Ontario resident who has spent much of his life fabricating parts and operating complex machines.
This mechanical aptitude has given me the ability to understand how our bodies function and why they have the occasional dysfunction.
Also having experience as a Personal Support Worker has helped me understand the difficulties that people often must contend with, and how to modify their treatment according to their individual needs and challenges.
In November of 2012, I decided it was time to pursue a career as a Registered Massage Therapist enrolling at what used to be called Medix College, in London Ontario.
Having graduating with a 89% average and having passed both "College of Massage Therapists of Ontario" practical and written board exams in Toronto, on my first attempt, I was given permission by the "College of Massage Therapists of Ontario" to use the title "Registered Massage Therapist."
Many of us know people who work very demanding jobs, suffer with debilitating physical conditions, or struggle with the stress of life. I find it very satisfying to see my clients in a restful and peaceful state after a massage therapy treatment, and to, usually, be able to improve their physical function and reduce their stress.
Some of my interests are, political activism, sailing, swimming, walking, sunbathing, nature, reading, auto racing, motorcycles and great movies. I have two grown children, and have been my wife's partner for over three decades.
If you wish to confirm my registry and that I am in good standing with the "College of Massage Therapists of Ontario," simply click on their "Find an RMT" section on their website (link below) and type my first and last name in the spaces provided. The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario is there to protect the public by ensuring its registrants perform at the highest standard of personal and professional ethics:
